It is people who give our institution a face.

First and foremost the many students who are here to study and train. Depending on the year, about a hundred and fifty predominantly young people train and study at the institute. 

The staff, who make up the institute and the curriculum for the different trainings. Supported by the many freelancers, in particular in the field of arts.

What would an institute be without the office, the rock-solid Managing Director and the administrative assistant? What would it be without the librarian, the facilities manager, the IT-expert …. and not to forget the voluntary board members.
